U.S. Orders Only

We currently accept returns for orders placed within the United States.
Due to the lack of international return facilities, we are unable to process returns for non-U.S. orders at this time.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • A return request must be filed prior to shipping the item back.
  • The item must be returned within 30 calendar days of the date of receipt.
  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging, with all tags and accessories included.
  • A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
  • A trackable shipping method is recommended to ensure the safe delivery of your return.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Sale or promotional items
  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged or lost due to customer handling, or natural wear and tear

Items returned without prior authorization or not meeting the above conditions will not be accepted.

2. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving an incorrect item or a confirmed product defect).

No restocking fees will be charged.

3. Return Procedure

  1. 1 Submit a Request Contact Us with your order number and relevant photos or videos if applicable.
    Our Customer Service team will review your request within 2 business days.
  2. 2 Return Authorization If your return is approved, we'll provide the return address and shipping instructions.
    Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
  3. 3 Ship the Item Back The item must be shipped back within 30 calendar days of the date of receipt.
    Using a trackable shipping method is recommended to avoid loss or delays.
  4. 4 Inspection and Resolution Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected within 3–5 business days.
    If approved, a refund or replacement will be issued promptly.

4. Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 2–3 business days after inspection.
  • Additional processing time may be required by your bank or credit card provider.

Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled at no cost if requested before the parcel is shipped.
  • Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
  • If a cancellation is requested before shipment, a full refund will be issued.

Cancellation of Orders

You may cancel an order by contacting us.

  • Cancellation is not confirmed until you receive a response from our customer support team.
  • Due to the speed at which we process orders (as quickly as possible) we will attempt but cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel an order you placed on the Sites.
  • After you have placed an order, we cannot change it, including for size or colors. Please make your selections carefully and reach out to our team for guidance to ensure you are choosing the right item.
  • Orders which have already been shipped (you have received a tracking number) cannot be changed or cancelled. Please see our Return and Refund Policy for return terms and instructions to send an order back for a refund, if desired.

Card Processing Fee.  If you ask us to cancel an order after we have captured funds from your credit/debit card, (or after we've captured funds from your PayPal account or have financed your purchased) 2.5% will be withheld from your refund to cover the cost of merchant card processing, which we do not recover when issuing a refund for a cancelled order.
