Made a complaint about a $1 item purchase and their $8 shipping charge, especially since the item could fit in an envelope with a 60¢ stamp. Actually got an email where they agreed but explained that the charge was their minimum. Offered a 1 time free shipping chit. Great customer service!!!

Nanny system watches your eyes. This is a great way to keep it from bugging you. I did notice that the nanny system will BEEP loudly the first couple times it asks you to move the wheel. Other than that it is great.
